Important Reminder for All Exhibitors! Fair registration is due August 15. No exceptions. New this year: FairEntry Online Fair Management System The HCYLSA is excited to announce a transition to the FairEntry online fair management system for the Harney County Fair. Simply log on to http://HCYLSA.fairentry.com from your computer or any mobile device (including smartphones) to submit your entries to the fair. The new online entry system will streamline the entry process, so check-ins, show programs, and results can be processed and posted quickly and efficiently at the fair. Online Entries will be required for all exhibitors The deadline for online entries is August 15. This deadline will be strictly enforced since the system will close entries at 11:59 p.m. CT on this date. Late entries will not be allowed. We have attached instructions for the entry process. If you do not have internet access or need assistance with the entry process, please let Autumn know via email at: [email protected] or call 541-589-2222 and she can help set up accounts and answer any questions. We look forward to streamlining these processes to make your fair experience the best yet!

Note: We can now split animals sold at auction between multiple buyers! If you've wanted to purchase a Youth Livestock animal but felt it was too expensive, get some friends together and purchase it together. Each individual needs to be registered as a buyer, and the purchase cost can be split evenly between buyers or dollar amounts can be assigned. Pre-registration is recommended to make your auction experience better! Add-on Form: https://forms.gle/4bwn8x93w4CMPGey8 Note: If you want to add-on to a youth exhibitors animal, you must be registered as a buyer.
