Livestock Show & Auction The Harney County Youth Livestock Show and Auction (HCYLSA) will again be utilizing the FairEntry online fair management system for the Harney County Fair. Online entries will be required for all exhibitors. The online entry system will streamline the entry process so check-ins, show programs, and results can be processed and posted quickly and efficiently at the fair.
To register for the Harney County Livestock Show & Auction, please log on to http://HCYLSA.fairentry.com from your computer or any mobile device (including smartphones) to submit your entries to the fair. You will not need to provide a buyer board photo this year, as we will have a photographer take them at the fair; Swine exhibitors will have an opportunity to take theirs prior to fair.
Harney County 4-H, Open Static Classes and Playday Harney County 4-H will also be using the FairEntry System this year, as will the Harney County Fair Open Static Classes and Playday. Each event will have its own website to register at:
To register for Harney County 4-H Fair (Dog, Horse, and Static), please log on to http://HarneyCounty4H.fairentry.com Remember, you will only be able to register for events and projects that you have designated in 4-H Online. If you need to add a project, please reach out to the OSU Extension – Harney County 4-H Office.
You can use the same FairEntry login at all the FairEntry websites. If you used FairEntry last year for registration, you should use the same account, as it will have your saved information.
If you have one or more kids active in 4-H, using your 4-H Online Account to login will simplify the process as it will automatically pull in information about you and your family from that website. For all 4-H entries, you will be required to use your 4-H online account.
Deadlines The deadline for HCYLSA, and 4-H Dog and Static online entries is August 15, 2025. For 4-H Horse online entries, the deadline is July 21, 2025. These deadlines will be strictly enforced since the system will close entries at 11:59 p.m. CT on this date. Late entries will not be allowed.
