Pre-purchase tickets are no longer available, but a limited amount of tickets will be available at the door.

Please join us in helping to raise money for new livestock pens and panels!  A fundraiser dinner will be held at the Burns Elks Lodge on Friday, Mar. 7, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m.  A Tri Tip dinner with all the fixins' will be served followed by a live dessert auction.  There will also be a silent auction of donations from our wonderful community!

Our Mission
The mission of the Harney County Youth Livestock Show and Auction (HCYLSA) is to encourage, promote and advance the agricultural-minded youth of Harney County through supporting 4-H, FFA, independent youth livestock exhibitors, leadership development, sponsoring and market sales, arranging shows and scholarship awards.

​​The HCYLSA is an Oregon 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

​We are very thankful for partnerships with the Harney County Fairgrounds and our sponsors.

About Us

HCYLSA Committee
​Our non-profit organization runs off of an elected Executive Committee consisting of six members.  The Committee also includes the following Board of Directors:  4-H representatives, FFA representatives, barn superintendents, Fair Board liaison, veterinarian(s), and two Harney County community members-at-large.

Meetings
This volunteer-based committee meets every second Tuesday of the month to discuss facility operations, events, funding, etc.  It is an open meeting and everyone is invited to attend. ​
